I was quote one price over the phone and after they pick up the chairs the price almost double. I ended up only doing 4 out 6 chairs. So make sure to secured a garantee price.

The customer service was friendly. I had chairs upholstered. The tacks were not inline - some tacks did not match. Fabric hung over the wood frame in places where it should not have, and parts of the wood frame were exposed where they should have been covered. A very poor job! I didn't have the heart to complain to the friendly service people for their effort and price. I would not use them again.

Did what they said they would do. Glad I had my Quote in writing--deliverymen did not have the Correct amt. on their Invoice. It was a mis-print on their end. I would use them again.

recliner had several things wrong with it. Trvor did what he could for it. One part was cracked and could not be fixed. Will use Trevor again if needed.

Mr. Phillips came to my house exactly the time and day he said he would. He was very courteous and nice. He repaired the recliner quickly and the charge was what he quoted to me. I am very satisfied with Mr. Phillips and his furniture repair. Thank you!!!

The experience started off well. However, with the price changes, some based on outdated materials and others that were necessary, delays and the final quality of the workmanship, it all left much to be desired. They did honor our request for a discount. Nice people.
