Very impressive fellow! Very good at diagnosing problem. Found the minimum cost of repair. Did not try to sell me unnecessary stuff. Will use him again next time I need a plumber.

After a section of my water main was repaired . About 10' to 12' the meter was still turning a bit. We looked for leaks but didn't see any. He told me it will probably do that for a little while. The crew was just standing around so I told him, I didn't see any leaks either. So they called it good. In 2 days my water main was leaking at a place about 10' from where the first leak was. When I called him and told him he didn't seem to care. He charged me $1,800.00 for the first fix and I thought he could have replaced the whole water main for what he charged me. My son contacted his bosses son in law who came over & repaired it.

Greg was prompt, professional, curteous and reasonably priced. I expected to get penalized with higher rates for calling on a weekend, but it was a flat rate with a free estimate to begin with, so I didn't feel bamboozled at all.

Prompt, very courteous, did everything needed. Everything works fine. The only thing that I would recommend is that the bill be detailed on parts, service time and rates. My bill was a little high, I thought, but it was worth it. But I don't know how much my faucet cost, the parts or the service. There was nothing on the bill but the things that were done, no prices. I would like to know the prices of the items. Otherwise, everything was fine and I would recommend this company.
