I only wish comments from guests to my back yard could be included here. The waterfall and pond are magnificent! They sit amid my $150,000 hardscaped back yard so it was very important to select an installer who would be able to add a water feature in line with the beauty of an existing upscale setting. Mike runs an A operation. He was always available for phone calls and meetings both before and during installation. His price is very, very good. The installation was quick and without interruption. The waterfall is multi tiered and winding, natural looking from both the stone and plants which were used to construct it. At the very top is a serene, tranquil pool area. The pond was koi ready. I've since added koi and Mike's koi expertise gave me the confidence to start raising these beautiful fish that add that much more to what was already a fabulous water feature. The website provides a wealth of knowledge. Mike's work is guaranteed for a year but I have complete confidence that his return to honor the guarantee will not be needed. The only guarantee related to Mike, in my opinion, is complete customer satisfaction with his work. I have no hesitation to show his work to prospective customers because his work cannot be described sufficiently in words.

This was certainly a challenging project but it all come together very smoothly and I only wish I was able to sit in this beautiful backyard and enjoy the huge waterfall and koi pond myself! It was a pleasure to work with Mary and we will certainly be seeing her again!

It's not often that one will find a contractor that actually delivers what is promised. Mike Gannon and his Full Service Aquatics team delivered well beyond my expectations. Good communication, excellent work, a truly professional company. The pond is absolutely beautiful, and was it was installed at a price significantly lower than other bidders. Initially things were great. He is a great salesperson and leads you to think that he will take care of everything along the way. The setup of when the work would happen was fine. The actual work on the pond was mostly fine but the service after the fact has been seriously lacking. Many emails have been ignored or have taken a long time to get a response on. For example, my wall needed to be moved and it took WEEKS for someone to come back to take care of it and am still waiting for him to come back for other hardscape work. Basically once he got final payment it's been near impossible to get any reply. I worry if I need warranty work.

Since 1995 FSA has always tried our best to keep our customers happy.I am suprised to find this review.As the customer stated; she hired us to install what we specialize in..water features NOT hardscapes.The sales process went well, the installation went well, and our follow up service has been good.The issue is that we arrived too early for a service call, and opted not to install her hardscape.

Very professional and competent service.
