Trying to repair another contractors errors can be a tricky business while attempting to satisfy unknown expections for such repairs is extremely difficult. In the end, I've learned there is always room for improvement. I appreciate the review.

The cut on the counter top is not straight as expected. However, mill is very nice and he solved my problem.

A learning opportunity to understand a customers expectations in detail. In some cases such as this, a finish granite counter top piece is required to cover the cut edge next to appliance.

We were very happy with the work Mil did for us!! Revision: Contacted full service regarding some outstanding issues and after several attempts Mr. Thomas did not respond back as he had promised to inspect and remedy the work done but never did so.

Several months after the successful completion of this job the tile grout was stained from hair color. Warned if the grout was not sealed it could be stained from hair coloring. A situation which could not be remedied without redoing at the customer expense. Relocated in summer of 2011 to Southern California prevented being able to service northern Virginia.

They responded promptly, did excellent work, were friendly and helpful, and charged a reasonable amount.

They have done tile at our home and rental. They did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with their work, fair prices, highly qualified in their work. I would recommend them to others.
