Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
They bite off more than they can chew. Fast to provide an estimate. Chris is personable and knowledgeable. Slow to schedule the work. When the work was done it looked pretty good, not great. They did not install all the items listed in the estimate, but still billed me the full amount. I asked for a revised bill about three weeks ago, but have yet to receive one. I'll use someone else the next time I have landscaping work to do.

More than we can chew? We responded & got a bid to them quickly. THEY couldn't make up their minds. We told them we book up in Spg.They called back 5/7/11 and we were booked 6 wks out. (If someone can come tomorrow-be concerned-there is a reason good contractors are booked). We put him on fill in list & explained if we had a day open up for a sm job we would come out. Got him squeezed in as soon as poss. They indicated they were pleased when we finished. A $57credit(1 plant & some stone)were due-Mrs had to ck w/hus & then never called back. A new inv. has been sent -Not paid yet 7-11-11. We strive hard to do quality work &treat people fairly

Project: Landscape Designer
We are working on the project; rating is premature. My designer with Full Features Nursery & Landscape Center is Batt Thrall, not Kris Fuller. I believe Kris is the owner. Batt was quite delayed is getting back to me after the first visit, and I was unable to contact him by phone. So I visited the business, asked for him, and was told how busy he was, and that he was only one man. When I asked whether Batt was biting off more than he could chew, I was told he would call me, which he did. He has been very responsive since then, and I hope for completion. Can you correct your spelling of the word "nursery" in these questionnaires?

They designed the area and put in wonderfull bushes and flowers that we have enjoyed all summer. T the crew was on time and very well organized. the plants are flourishing and we would recommend them highly.

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
The job was suppose to take three days, which ended up taking almost four weeks. Toward the end of the project I had a hard time getting a hold of the designer, which was assigned to the project. There was a place that the wall was chipped off the edge of one of the blocks and couldn't get them to replace. They would come up with excesses. I will not hire Full Features again. Bad experience.

Weather and a new foreman on the job made this project take way longer than necessary or expected. The small chip in a block was a material defect. The block was 3 layers down in a wall and we would have had to tear out half the wall to accommodate this issue. We tried to appease client in other ways - but evidently, this was not enough. Full Features

Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
Initial bid was reasonable and accepted. After work started, I wanted add-ons. Unable to reach owner about cost of add-ons, but I assumed additional pricing would be fair. Received final bill and add-on pricing was excessive and never discussed with me. I paid the complete bill however I would not recommend Full Featues, LLC if you anticipate add-ons to your original bid. Work done was of good quality

All additional work must be signed by client before being done - so not sure how they could not have known what they would be? Also customer never once mentioned a problem with work or billing? Full Features
