We exist to attract and maintain customer’s satisfaction. Some Services Include: *Restroom Cleaning* A 15-point restroom cleaning (industry standard) is performed in every restroom daily. Our staff appreciates the importance of cleanliness and sanitation in this all-important area. Examples: Dispensers are cleaned and correctly filled with the appropriate supplies. Trash and debris will be removed from the restrooms and disposed of properly. Restroom floors and toilets will be cleaned, dried, freed of soils, dirt, buildups, gum, mildew, mold and other residues. All sinks, countertops and ledges are cleaned and freed of soils and dirt deposits Restrooms will be refreshed and liberated of all unpleasant odors *General Dusting* To ensure maximum cleanliness, dusting of specific areas is carefully outlined and can be performed on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. Special attention is always given to fingerprints, desktops, air grills and glass partitions. *Entrance and Reception Area* We realize that first impressions are vital to every company’s image. We know how to achieve that aura of crisp, efficient cleanliness and we make it a reality. *Flooring* Our experienced staff is carefully trained in the proper care and latest maintenance techniques of vinyl and ceramic tile, marble, granite and the full range of carpeting. FCCS’s professionally trained staff has proven experience in daily maintenance and more specialized services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping, sealing and waxing of tile. *Medical and Technical Offices* We provide specially trained staff for the purpose of cleaning examination rooms, dental offices, laboratories and sealed "clean" rooms. Our staff is well trained in the proper maintenance of these areas, but is aware of and responsive to specific areas of concern. We are also in full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. We provide full training to employees working in at risk areas of exposure. *Discount on referrals * Receive a $100 dollars back on any referral that leads to a 6 month signed contact. (5-days a week cleaning service) Receive $25 dollars off each referral that signs a contact for service.
