Extremely helpful and came right out and repaired our water line after we found the location of the leak. Like any plumbing job rate was high for 2 hrs of work but he did a good job and left it like it was before. No mess no fuss. We appreciated how helpful he was!

They were on time and completed the work as put forth in the Proposal. They cleaned up after the water leak was fixed. They replaced the concrete that they had to cut through to do the repair and left the property looking as good as before they started. I had a water leak inside the house when I turned the water back on due to a loose nut. Scott, respectful of our new carpet, took off his boots and came inside to tighten the nut and stop the leak even though it was a separate issue and not caused by them. There was no extra charge. Steve was very professional yet friendly and his crew were also professional. I highly recommend them.

I had 4 companies come out and bid for the job. Steve was the only one that took the time to get in the crawl space and confirm the material of the pipe in question. All others asked me to diagnose my issue - that's like going to the doctor only to have him ask you to diagnose your own sickness. Then when a problem arose after the main fix with dirt in the line, which caused a leak in my bath faucet, Steve took it personally and didn't let the issue go until he got it fixed - at no additional cost. I highly recommend his services.
