Was very pleased with the service the 2 techs, Barry and D., who came out and worked on our gas furnaces. They were able to figure out the problem pretty quickly and replaced the faulty gas valve. I was a little disappointed by how expensive the part was and the fact that it didn't entirely fix the problem, but it probably has something to do with the age of our furnace.

My experience indicated a high level of professional system design engineering and a very high level of exceptional craftsmanship. If you want it done right from the beginning of the process until the end, give Frog H&A a call. No games, just solid business integrity.

Jeremy was a true professional throughout the process. He explained our options for a replacement unit and convinced me that Frog Heating and AirConditioning was well-qualified to install and service it. The folks (including Barry and Jerem, among others) who installed the unit were friendly and professional. Of course no one enjoys spending thousands on home repairs and replacement appliances, but I feel Frog provided good value for my "investment" So far (the unit was installed a week ago) It seems that my trust in Frog and in Jeremy and his team was well-placed.
