I was impressed by the excellent service I got. I had some doubts about hiring a contractor not recommended by somebody I know which is what I usually do. The fact that I now live out of state and the project had to be done in Florida didn't help until I had my first phone conversation with Larry. I did not even try to get another estimate. It was quite obvious that he knows his business. Communication ws excellent from beginning to end. I was not there to see the work while it was being done, but my son was and he told me to give Frisco an excellent rating, My son sent me photos of work in progress and finished shower and I am impressed.

Very professional but I could not do any work now because I paid for school in full. The company seems to be very professional and yes, I would reccommend them. The price is great and when I save again for the remodel, they will be my remodelers.

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub
For the most part the work was completed to our acceptance but the shower door was not secured properly and ideas as to how it could be fixed better never materialized. Owner promised to call home depot about returning the door because he felt it was poorly designed. We agreed with him and he called a week later and said he had not gotten to Home Depot over the weekend for some reason and would be going in a few days. This was to see if he could arrange to return the door. That was over a month ago and have not heard anything from him since that last call.
