Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The first contractor told me my roof would not be covered by insurance. Frey came out and told me insurance would pay replacement cost and met the adjuster to show him the damage. The only drawback was the old materials that I found in my shrubs. I would advise people to be there when the contractor is doing the work. They did a wonderful job in one day and put new gutters on the next day.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had a couple small projects and was pleased that they didn't mind doing them; most places just weren't interested. I thank the office staff in keeping me updated on the status of materials and install dates. I also, had the opportunity to speak with a couple of the installers over the phone and they were courtious and explained what they were going to do that day. I'm very pleased with their work overall.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
All we needed was a repair on the roof around the chimney. We used Frey and 2 other roofers to make the best decision. The man they sent out was extremely professional and helpful however, he noticed we have 5+ years left on our roof and the fix would cost $800+. I'm not sure that was money well spent so we went with someone else who had a different approach to an aging roof.

Matt Petersen was very pleasant, knowledgable and forthright. We are still seeing if we can do the whole reroofing, but are satisfied with the roof repair that was done in the interim.

We had a good experience with Frey. Jay, our salesman, did a good job keeping and eye on our concerns. He kept us and the crew focused on these concerns. We are more satisfied with our siding because of his attention. The project started when they told us it would, that made our life easier. JJ our crew boss was easy to work with and we had issues with water damage under our windows. JJ had it repaired and stabilized. We had had a previous contractor who worked on our house miss this. I does matter. The crew was nice and polite. We are happy with the job.
