Although the price is a bit higher than other services, I am not sure that you get the professionalism and the quality that the Fresh Tech technicians provide. Our home was so shiny and clean that we actually wondered why it never looks that clean when we do it! We will continue with the service.

I love Fresh Tech! The technicians arrived on time, the price is reasonable and the cleaning is great. They are extremely thorough and they bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, which is included in the cleaning rate . Fresh Tech has an excelent customer service! I will definitely recommend Fresh Tech.

They clean top to bottom and get every nook and cranny in your house! I have been using them for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the results!

I've been extremely pleased with Fresh Tech. They do quality work, are professional and always arrive on time. We get the same person every time, so she knows us and what we like. Cleaning products are all "green", no chemicals. I love coming home on cleaning day - the house looks and smells great!

I love the service I get from this company. I know that if anything is ever missed, I can easily call or email and it will be corrected on the next visit and every one thereafter. I also love the reminder calls, just in case it falls off my calendar. I would strongly recommend them!

Client is currently using a private maid. Her maid was not available when the client called us for an emergency cleaning. She urgently needs help and needs help fast. We provided her our regular pricing and scheduled her among our tight schedule. She agreed with our pricing. We followed up with her after the cleaning by email and phone call, we never received any response.

The 2 cleaning women sent to my home were on-time, they were knowledgeable. Discussed with me what they thought could be accomplished in the amount of time to try and stay on budget, and I thought they did a great job to accomplish the priorities. I would use them again and would commend them. Thank you.

The entire experience from the first phone call to the follow up call to check up on the results was professional and customized to my cleaning needs. The young woman who cleaned the house was on time, sweet, and did even more than i expected.

We were a very small job for them (1 bedroom townhouse only 1 time per month) and quickly realized that we were an incredibly low priority. The owner was VERY impressive and made many promises regarding the professionalism we could expect from his company. We were also promised that it would be the same person doing the work each month. This was never the case and we had all kinds of scheduling problems with them despite requesting a very simple routine. The work that was done was average at best and the price was very high given the size of the space. All in all it wasn't worth the hassle and we decided just to clean the place ourselves.

We are very sorry for the customer's comments. We have followed up with this customer for the first few cleanings and the feedback was great. So, we are a little confused. We did noticed that the customer's assigned technician was not constant. We assign two technicians for each customer, so that in case of sick day, vacation, and attrition, we can still take care of the customer with the accumulated knowledge. There might be mis-understandings about this. We feel bad about this mis-understanding.
