The company were great communicators, contacted me right away with their products and prices by email. I was able to compare the other contractors bids against his. He was the best quality at the best price. Installation went off as planned and he did a great job explaining how to use the system and provided future contact info if needed.

they were very informative and tried to help over the phone. They did have to come out but only did what was needed to fix the problem and gave advice for future problems

Al answered all of our questions by email and phone. Was able to get it installed same day we decided to go ahead with the project. Price was the lowest out of 4 we called. Water tastes great now!

They contacted me in a timely manner and made arrangements to come look at my problem. A course of action was made and we are waiting for some tests to come back before proceeding. I found it to be a logical process that will help determine my next course of action.

PROS: Best deal found anywhere, not pushy, they let you decide if you want to do it yourself or have a service call. Also, the filters are standard sizes and DO NOT have to be re-purchased from them, but I would highly recommend it, the alternatives at Home Depot etc. only last about 25% as long as their professional grade. Experienced staff with units in use in their own homes. Best thing is they PRE-TEST the units and fill them with purified water prior to sale. Highly recommended to anyone, especially those concerned for their future health. CONS: Smell of cigarette smoke filling the whole office/warehouse, and spilling of water tank

This customer choose us over the 6 other companies who called.

It is awfull,KC water sold us a system when He knew that we are low on water, the system cleans itself w/15 or 50 gallons per day, which he didn't tell us that it uses water to clean itself, just that it cleans itself. He won't give our money back or remove the system. Says there isn't a guarantee. The service tech is always late and doesn't call

We are disappointed that you chose to use the system for nearly three months before notifying us of your concerns. Our company installs mechanisms for cleaning water: We are not in the business of producing water. We are not an expert on hand-dug wells. We reccomended a well expert. Current well not making or holding 22 gallons/day needed. (Part of letter sent to customer)

Al called along with everyone else on the list. He suggested we try to fix the problem over the phone. He was very knowledgeable about all types of water softeners. I will call him with any other problems I have, whether I have to pay or not.
