Actually I didn't need to hire the contractor. Dennis at Fresh Air Systems was very helpful. He said that the problem with the furnace was easily correctable and that I could hire them or do it myself, for which he gave me instructions. I'm so happy with his attitude that I will definitely go to Servicemagic for my next contractor need. Thanks.

Very pleased. When I opened the front door, the two servicemen were actually taking off their shoes. This kind of consideration for other's property is a huge issue for me, with white carpeting throughout the house. They arrived quickly, were fast, friendly, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Given that my heater stopped working and I was freezing, I didn't have time to shop prices, so I can't comment on whether they were overpriced or not. All in all, a refreshingly pleasant experience.

Had to have a recalled furnace checked. The crew was delayed, but took care of what I wanted, and were very thorough and professional. They checked my whole system, and were very helpful in explaining my options.Omar was the lead technician, and knew his business very well.

What a fantastic experience working with Fresh Air Systems. They did everything to help me work within my budget and get me back up and running within an hour on one of the hottest days ever! I cant say enough how knowledgeable and experienced this crew is!! And best of yet, they dont try and sell you stuff you dont need....They just find the problem and fix it!!!

He called back quickly. Was the only contractor that didn't give me the "I need to come out to see it" even though the project was explained to all the others in detail without any variables. Showed up on time, took defective fan blower assembly with him and returned in about an hour and got it installed in about 20 minutes. Straightforward, knew his stuff and got the job completed quickly. I wish all the contractors I have used were this good!

Dennis knew what the problem was from a brief decrespection and tell his crew what to do when they get here over the phone parts are on order and the got it patched up so we have cooling
