Very thorough. Had them come out to do a pre heating season inspection. Tech explained what he was doing and why. Much better that the business I used last time.....

Not only were they neat and professional but they also set up rebates for me that were not mentioned by other installers. They also went around and found another problem with my HVAC system and corrected it (others never took the time to look at my system)

Willie was very knowledgeable and explained things to us in a way that was easily understood. We even got a little break in pricing, and he let us know of a couple of rebates that we were eligible for because of the high efficiency furnace that we purchased. Over all, great experience, and would highly recommend using Fresh Air Heat & A/C on any install or service.

Willie at Fresh Air Heating and Air Conditioning could be the greatest contractor and person I have ever had the opportunity to deal with! Not only is he and his staff very knowledgable but they are just plain great people! Very clean, cordial, inventive and most of all caring towards the homeowner! This experience was just fantastic! Thank you Fresh Air for all you have done!

very professional. clear billing & explanation of services. came when agreed, finished job in a timely fashion. Furnace is new, only a week old, but so far so good! Compared to the other estimates we obtained, they had the most info on rebates & tax credits concerning the new furnace. They had their act together from start to finish.
