THE PAINTING PROCESS
Washing - All areas to be painted are thoroughly pressure washed to remove dirt and mildew (exterior jobs only).
Minor maintenance - Holes are spackled, cracks caulked, and if needed, windows are glazed.
Scraping and priming - All loose and peeling paint is removed from your home and all bare wood is primed with a top-quality exterior primer.
Painting - A full finish coat is applied as specified in the contract. Color changes will almost always require 2 coats.
Inspection - After the job is complete, we'll do a final walk-through together to make sure you're happy with everything before payment.
