We had some communication problems with a couple of their managers. The people in the office doing the scheduling and the movers themselves were very easy to get along with. Even though they knew we had a hot tub and pool table they weren't really prepared to move them with the right type of equipment. They also didn't seem to have been given many tools to take apart and reassemble the furniture as they had to borrow some from us. It ended up being a long day, but they didn't pack and move some of the smaller pieces of the furniture and everything was not put back together at the new place. All in all we were satisfied.

I have now used Freedom Van Lines twice and we are using them again this coming weekend as we consolidate households from 2 down to 1.  They were very reasonably priced, provided 2 movers in a 3 hour time span and completed our moves in less than that both times.  We were provided the same two movers both times and were very pleased.  As far as we know, nothing was broken during the move (care was taken with blankets on anything we wanted blankets wrapped around) and the movers were on time both moves.  We expect the same quality on our third move as well.  We would recommend them to anyone moving in-town.
