Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
1. Workers broke a table that was moved to start work on the deck. 2. The concrete floor they poured was not level and accumulates water in a puddle in the center of it. 3. The water catch system they installed leaks. 4. The siding was not finished at the foot of the steps and will need to be repaired by me.

Did not feel I rreceived the quality for the price. Extremely patient with the neighbor association in obtaining approval for the project. Did not complete this project in a timely manner base upon my standards and left trash in driveway tooo long

Freedom Siding & Windows did not do any of the work - it was all subcontracted. Freedom Siding & Windows failed to inspect work completed. Patio was subpar surface not level, and deck failed final inspection but was later corrected and passed by the County. Work was 2-weeks beyond est. completion date due to miss-ordered materials and supplier delay.

Mr. Tinkey brought his crew at the arranged time and personnally gave them work assignments. He remained on site montoring work progress. The crew all were professional and skilled tradesmen. At the completion of the project, he inspected the work and had the men make a minor adjustment. I am very satisfied with the quality and value of the work.
