Unfortunately, we found out the day Freedom showed up that Medford Housing performs ALL pest inspections at Mom's housing facility, so they did the job, but wanted to let you know that Freedom was excellent in phone service, prompt response, customer courtesy (even when they showed up to do the the job and were told they could not do the job). thank you.

The wasp nest was high; the guy starts spraying 4' below the nest, all over my house. When I pointed that out to him, he grabbed a bench seat sitting nearby (not at all a steady one), stood on it, and sprayed---about 2' below the nest, all over my house. When I told him he was still too low, he borrowed a stepladder, got high enough, poked the nest with the spray can, sprayed it, and out came the wasps---some directly at him. He fell backward off the ladder, rolling into the driveway, grabbed my garden hose and sprayed. All in all I feel it was a clown show. A lot of nest residue was left in place, which I cleaned up the next day.

It was a great experience from the initial phone call to the service call. They explained different options and did not push me in to getting an extended plan which I did not need. I have had no problems since and would highly recommend this company. Friendly, patient, curteous and answered all my questions.
