They did show at the appointment time. It was snowing and the driver said he had a lot of homes to clear, I think it showed in the snow removal. I needed the snow to be cleared so the automatic garage door could close. I felt the job was rushed but understand he was very busy.

I called for snow removal service and expected to have to wait until after the weekend...He came the same day I called and didn't charge a "RUSH" charge! They are very courteous and would recommend to anyone! I will call them for future services.

Todd Bird is a very nice young man and responded in a timely manner to remove the snow from my drive, however neighbors complained that he blocked the side walk with snow, can't please everyone. I have retained Todd's phone number and will definately call him again when a snow storm hits!
