we hired him to do several things first of all he put us off two weeks from when he said then he moved a shed for us it is sitting crooked he also did the drive way and put gravel in he made such a mess it took us two days to clean up after him , he was suppose to level andput fill dirt in and drain away from low spots then seed and straw all we got was crab grass we have contact him and he says he will come back and redo this when we take down the little pool we have out back if not we will look into other means! to try and recoup some of our money back! maybe he will fix it we will see!!

This customer was very difficult to work for. I moved the shed three times to get it in the right place(per husbands directions) and put a level on it, now it's crooked? No fill dirt was to be put in. We cut a swale for drainage and graded the entire area and finished with seed and straw. They put a pool in the swale and want to know why the area does'nt drain? Seed will not grow if you don't water it! The mess that took two days to clean-up? We raked and swept everything before we left. Husband said everything looked good. I tried to work with this customer. I gave them a discounted quote, they still wanted less so I ageed at lower price.

18 x 36 Pool Demolition-Vinyl liner pool and 8' concrete apron on one side 3' on the other & ends up to 5'. We took out the chain link rolls, automatic pool cover box, pool filter, heater, & 2 sm trees. Fred did all the electrical tie offs and demolition and waste removal of all concrete, steel, etc. Finished fill with compacted subsoil, then top soil, grass seed and straw. Took less than a wk complete & cost $5400, original quote. We called his 2 pool dem references prior. Gd guy!!! Last yr local pool company est. was $8000. A third Lg demo company quote w/o grass seed & straw was $9400, and we had already removed the large items above

Did the quote on a Saturday late morning very early afternoon. Perfect timing. Material specified, application was as desired. Very reasonable, Fred's Asst. knew what he was doing, plenty of energy, professional. I'd recommend the firm in a New York minute.
