Frank was very professional. He came, assessed the special needs of the job, asked appropriate questions of us, answered all of our questions, gave us immediately onsite his cost estimate, the amount of paint that would be needed to complete the job, the 1st date he had available to start our job, and the time that it would take to complete the job..all at one time, which we loved and were very impressed with. Frank started on the date we agreed upon, and he completed in the time frame he gave us. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased! Thanks so much for the great referral!

Professional, realiable and ontime. Had Frank complete 2 major projects for myself (popcorn ceiling removal and drywall for basement). I had left him the keys until the project was done. He had also completed a project in one of my co-workers house in Topeka.

Frank did an awesome job removing the popcorn texture from the ceiling. Instead of just taking down the texture and then "slapping" on the new knock down texture, he showed me where additional work was going to be needed after removing the texture to ensure the ceiling was in good shape for the new texture. He explains everthing he's going to do/has done and all I can say is that the results are fantastic. I also hired Frank to paint the walls and trim, and his dedication to completing the project on my relatively tight timeline has been admirable, and the quality of his work can't be beat.

When it comes to removing a cracked popcorn ceiling and replacing it with a knock down finish, Frank is the best. It looks great; I'm only sorry I waited 15 yrs to have it done.

Frank was wonderful...he was very prompt in giving us a quote. Called us the day befor he started the project, showed up on time (or even a few minutes early). Kept us advised the entire time how long he would be working each day, and what he would be doing. He even finished a day before he said he would be finished. The work was professional and well done. I would recommend Frank to anyone and everyone! And hire him again when I start my next project!

Lots of paint spatters, drips on the floor, cabinets and sinks. Had to have him come back to repaint small places that got missed or didn't get good coverage. Very friendly and fast service which was what I needed but less precise than I like.
