Project: Hire a Handyman
Frank Thomas kept all his commitments, showed up when he said he would and completed the job on time and with minimal disturbance to our household. If you had a rating that went up to a 10 -- I would give him 15! We have already recommended him to 3 of our friends. He is the person we will call for all of our future needs.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
I was VERY, VERY happy with Frank and his professionalism. The hardest thing for contractors is to be on time, clean up their mess, and return phone calls. Frank did all of that, and even worked until later in the night til the job was complete. He even went above and beyond to help with a cement issue I had on my front porch, and gave a suggestion that would help me save money instead of him charging me more. I plan on hiring him for more projects in the future, and so should you !!!

Polite and Concientious. Frank was on time for the estimate, quick to respond and to perform the work the following Monday. He did a very nice job and left the project exceptionally clean. I plan to have Frank quote additional work at the property.

I highly recommend Frank. He's very professional and did a nice job at a great price. Had him replace some trim that had rotted out on the house. Fixed, painted and caulked. I will use him again.

Mr. Frank Thomas responded less than an hour after searching for a handyman through Service Magic to repair the siding to my home after the wind caused it to come loose. He was prompt and courteous and the job was completed professionally. I would most definitely use him again and refer him to family, friends, and neighbors!
