1) Returned my call in a timely manner; 2) Was reliable in time of arrival for estimate; 3) He was extremely fair in estimate price and answered all of my questions; 4) He called before his arrival for the repair work, and completed it in an efficient manner. 5) It rained yesterday, Sun. 03/11/12 and my roof doesn't leak! 6) I'm very satisfied and would recomment Mr. Alexander to my neighbors.

When i hired Mr Frank Alexander. I expressed to him what I expected, he more than exceed my expectations. He does great work. He arrived on time, finished the job on schedule and was very affordable. I will recommend Frank Alexander to all of my friends and associates.

Mr. Alexander resolved a problem that I had been fustrated with for months. I had a leak on my porch roof that was created by work that was done by someone else. Thanks to to Mr. Alexander the cause of the leak is gone. Now when it rains, I can stand on my porch and not get wet.
