Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
From the onset of this project, the employees were very opinionated and would not listen to what we wanted done. We should have canceled the contract but had faith that the project would be completed according to the contract. The quality of work is very, very poor. The resurfacing was done so thinly that the original material can be seen through the new, cement water was thrown into the garden area and not cleaned up, pool equipment was disconnected in order to install a cement slab to raise the equipment and now a brand new pool heater does not work. Tile work had to be repeated 5 times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool
They guys at Francy's Pool Service were very knowledgeable about the problems with my pool. These guys came in to this project having to clean up after a contractor that messed up the plumbing on our in-ground pool and did a remarkable job finding and fixing the leaks. They were always at my house when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves after every day of work. I highly recommend Francys Pool Service!

completed the project three weeks after calling. He never gave an update and didn't know when he would come out. When called, he said the next day but the next day ended up being three weeks later.
