Manny was on time and did very professional work. He had warned me over the phone before coming out that I might have to replace my entire shower fixture, but once he was here he found that it was easily repaired, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Franco Belli Plumbing and Heating & in particular Manny Roveccio. Manny did both the estimation & the execution of the project. From first meeting Manny I felt very comfortable with his knowledge & was confident that he would execute the job as promised. It was a pleasure watching a professional do his work. From his showing up on time to connecting to the building's water line, to making a hole thru the brick, to cleaning up the work area, Manny was outstanding. Other contractors wanted me to install the access panel, not Manny. A job well done from start to finish. It is rare to come across a contractor like Manny.

Serviceman arrived, had replacement faucet already in hand in case a new one was needed (existing one couldn't be repaired), had excellent price for new faucet and installation - job taken care of immediately

Almost immediately after contacting Service Magic for a plumbing problem, I got a call from Manny Roveccio of Franco Belli Plumbing and Heating. Even though it was a Sunday, he spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and patiently answered each of my questions in a way that felt genuine, honest, and reassuring. At the end of our conversation, I arranged for him to come to my apartment the following day. As I am writing this, he has just completed fixing the leak under my kitchen sink and I am confident that I will not need plumbing services for this area of my apartment for a very long time, if ever. His expertise and experience enabled him to fix the problem in a way that can simply be described as intelligent. He made smart choices, which he explained to me as he worked, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. He proved himself to be a highly skilled professional who fixes plumbing problems in the right way – for the long term. If I should ever have a plumbing problem again, I will immediately call Manny Roveccio and invite you to do the same. I am confident that you too will be glad for having done so.

Manny Roveccio is a gem. our co-op building was very difficult about letting in workman and mr. roveccio was patient and co-operative with a lot of unnecessary redtape. He was prompt, skilled and scheduled both the estimate and work in a timely, helpful manner. I would recommend him for all plumbing jobs. His fees were reasonable and the quality of his work is terrific.
