Workers were always on time, ready to start work immediately. They were polite and attentive, including very good response in both email and telephone by Francisco.  The email contact was a benefit to having to set up after hours meetings. <br />Our project was to re-drywall and tape the walls in the kitchen and laundry area of an existing home.  Homeowner removed the old material and prepared the space prior to the project beginning.   <br />The only negatives were that more attention to detail and cleanup could have been done at the end of the job.  One final (third) coat of joing compound in a couple of areas would have moved the quality rating from good to excellent.  The homeowner had to do more final cleanup and fill a couple of dents & dings at the end of the job that were not exepcted., Cleanup was done with the homeowners brooms and shop vac.  The cleanup was not to the level expected when the work was done in an existing home.  The homeowner taped plastic sheeting between all living areas of the home.  If the homeowner did not do this, it did not appear that the contractor was prepared to do the same.  Drywall, taping and sanding is a dirty and dusty job, so be prepared for the mess if you are doing the work in an existing home. <br />The overall quality of work was good, with very good taping of joints and strait corner bead installation.  A final (third) coat of joint compound and sanding could have been done in some areas to move the project rating from good to excellent.  Based on comparative bids the rate was fair and there were enough men available to complete the job on a timely basis.  Everyone on the crew was polite, hardworking and courteous. <br />Our project required a quick turn around, they were very attentive and accomodating to our
