Taking personal ownership is a lost art amongst business owners these days so it is refreshing that Dan is there working with you throughout the entire process. Not everything goes as planned so honesty and integrity go a long way for a small businesses and i am comfortable recommending Dan to others.

The quality of work went well and the service is very professional and timely, but I did not appreciate an initial quote that was almost half of the final total. The broken furniture handle was hidden within upholestery so the first inspection was insufficient to make a good estimate.

It was a pleasure working with you! It was unfortunate the break was hidden, but I didn't think it wise to leave your sofa arm open with small children in the house. Those staples can do some nasty damage to an inquisitive child.
