I love my new windows . They cost a bit but hope this was a good decision. I think so, people say you get what you pay for.

At no point in the communications with the rep or the person doing final measure were we informed that the installation was being done by sub-contractors. The the install was good, we had been told by the rep that the installers would be willing to install two Andersons we had purchased just before the sale. This was not the case. During the install the subs were made aware we we having siding done by another company, and they were reluctant to do the capping, until the person for that job came out for final measure and told hem that capping was not included in that job. Subs arrived late, so job started and ended late, but was clean.

The windows were installed poorly. They are not plumb, will not lock, and my Hardie Plank was taken down and some cheap stuff was put up. The service after the sale does not exhist. I have called with no results. I am having another company do the rest of the house.
