Two service men came to the house and was unable to complete the job to rod out the sewer because of an blockage.  One of the men who was a Supervisor gave me 3 possible solutions to the problem but was unable to give me in writing an estimate cost.  He promised to get back to me once he contacted his boss.  Even though he was unable to complete the job, I had to pay the initial $299 and this would applied to whatever service I decided on.  I am still waiting.  I also didn't appreciate one of the service men asking me to watch his truck that was parked outside my house.  I will never recommend this company and want my money back

I was not present when the work was completed.  No call to me to explain project status. Called business, was given project results. <br />Easy to work with in regards to payment options. Received email to enroll in their maintenance program which is good.
