It's really too early to give a true rating because they just spread the seed. Our lawn was really neglected for years & I don't expect a fabulous looking lawn right away. Since they just spread seed, I have no way of knowing the outcome for grass as of yet - therefore the "4"

The office hours are a little unusual when you are trying to reach them, but they do call back in a timely manner. I am getting just a simple cut without alot of extra work so they do a nice job for what i have asked for.

Sloppy work, bushes look as if they were chopped, not trimed. I called to complain about the debris left, returned and cleaned up some but still did not look like a professional job.

Returned call very fast. Came out the next day for estimate, by the 2nd day of our they came out to cut our lawn!
