Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
They turned on a water valve that was off for a reason. They did not turn it off, and it caused a flood from my bathroom into my dining room. The manager they sent was angry and argumentative about it. I told him I would deal with his insurance company, and he became even more angry, insisting it wasn't thier fault. I told him if he had employees that spoke English, they could have asked about the valve, or let me know they turned it on. They also broke a shower head. The house was clean until the major drywall repair had to be done. It ended up costing me more out of pocket to fix what they cleaned. SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!

The scheduler actually visited our home, reviewed what we wanted, and made helpful recommendations. The other services only did everything by phone.

I was very pleased with the quality of work they did. The crew arrived early and went right to work. I thought the service fee was reasonable. My only complaint is that I have not yet received a receipt for my payment, which I have requested twice.

Three ladies came and worked for 2 hours and a half. Our house is about 5,600 sq.feet. They changed the sheets and put the dishes in the dishwasher as well. Overall, good service.

Good cleaning service. They came out to my home for a free estimate, so I would know how much it would cost before I committed to getting my place cleaned. They also have Saturday cleanings which is good for my schedule.
