So I decided not to call them and ask for someone else's advise and im glad I did. F.H.S. was truly a pleasent company to work with. Told many times they would come on a certain date and time and did not show nor call. I was "trapped" at my house waiting for months. After almost 3 months, they claimed to have completed the job, however the drain was higher than the walls in the garage. They verified this but claimed the contract did not specify that water would flow to the drain. They belligerently threatened to put a lien on my house. I filed with the Ohio Attorney General and then they settled on a lesser payment of the balance. Beware of them. Rating: Project: Toxicity and Mold - Removal Project not completed on time.
