This company did an excellent job. The owner treats his workers well and his crew does their craft professionally. He brought in an engineer but he knows as well as any engineer about foundation and concrete. The price was VERY competitive. They keep a tidy work situation and are very polite and professional. I highly recommend Joaquin and his company.

Foundation and Concrete Services were professional and friendly from the beginning with the bidding process through the end with doing a good job fixing our foundation. The crew was fast and friendly and did a great job cleaning afterwards. With the exception of a few holes dug, we can hardly notice they were even there. Most importantly to us was the professionalism, persistence, and friendliness of all the staff and crew as well as great references. These were the main reasons why we chose Foundation and Concrete Services over 5 other bidders. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and would like to recommend this company.

Overall great. We had an issue with the plumber coming to do a check after the work. I had to call them about it, and they responded as soon as they were aware of the problem.

Joacquin and his folks did an excellent job. Very professional. Explained everything to my satisfaction; even when I had some annoying follow-up questions. Were very careful and cleaned up well. No damage was done other than the small things you would expect from having a foundation lifted. And they repaired bricks and mortar better, and more, than I expected. Excellent company!

FCS did a good job and seemed to be quite thorough in this job. Foundation repair can be a mess and an inconvenience, but FCS cleans it all up. I'm pleased and would recommend them to friends.

Joaquin has recently repaired my house's foundation. He was very professional and easy to work with. After deciding on the minimum I needed to spend, I spent one more hour looking at the house and decided that with Joaquin's price I could afford to repair the house correctly once and for all. Joaquin gave me an extra good price on the additional work. He also replaced several bricks, repaired all the broken mortar, and brought in extra soil. Joaquin has very competitive pricing. I completely and whole heartedly recommend Foundation and Concrete Services and Joaquin for foundation repair.
