Good clean work done. Work was done as promised and agreed upon. Would recommend this contractor based on the workers. Not so much on customer service. Good value.

Dear customer, We have assessed your case and do apologize for the customer service. We set a date for the start of your project and the office had to call you to postpone from Thursday to a Monday due to the shortage of our manpower. If we would have started on Friday that carries into the weekend and did not want to inconvenience you. Because of our scheduling situation we did our best to turn a 3 day job into a 2 day job. Sounds like we did pretty good considering. Thanks for the feedback.

quality not good, did not clean up during work only at the end of the job but even then not very good. The details on the job was not to my satisfation paint job was below average the crown moldng below average and baseboard below average overall below average job. the crew was very nice so was the contractor that's about it. cheap is not always the best!

We completed this project and was unaware of our clients unhappiness. We have since then made attempts to satisfy him and would be willing to accommodate him with any and all requests. Over all they did a good job , My job took a little longer than needed , they did not work on my project everyday staight and there where days they did not come in at all. If I used them again I would be really specific and detailed on my contract. Really Detailed!

Rough work was good, but finishing work was fair. There were 3 work stoppages of 3 days or more. There were also numerous one- and two-day absences. On the fourth day of the last work stoppage, which at that time put the project more than 2 1/2 weeks behind schedule, we were forced to threaten the company with a breach of contract action. When they didn't send a crew the next day, we demanded they sign a paper that set a completion day. This contract amendment gave them another week to finish and provided for fines if they didn't. It took two more days of negotiation until they finally agreed. The job was finished in 2 days.
