First, Fottlani is all about getting before any other contractor can call in for the work. Secondly, he assesses how much he thinks you can pay (not how much the job actually costs) and that's what he charges. I refused to pay the rediculous amount he requested for such a basic plumbing job and he asked me how much I can pay. His work was shabby and incomplete -- even after paying him much more than the work should have costs. I now have to call a REAL PLUMBER in to do the work Fottlani couldn't do.

I no sooner entered my request in service magic and got a call. A plumber came out that afternoon. My leak turned out to be my garbage disposal. He went and bought a new one, installed it and was done in 2 hours tops! Great work.

Service man overcharged for the work as I found out from others who called to do the work. He did not correct the problem the first time and had to return. The house was being inspected and therefore I had to pay for the inspector to return.

Mr. Fotltlani came to our appointment 3 hours late. I had a standing shower drain which was leaking. He suggested that he cut into the celling of the unit below me (I live in a condo) and replace a drain. At $120 per hour, I was not int he position to pay over $300 for a leaky drain. Mr. Fotlani, subsequently suggested that he can use caulking to seal the gasket around the drain, so I decided this was the best option for the price. The job took 15 minutes. WIthin one week, the owner below said water was leaking. I had to hire ANOTHER plumber, who said that Mr. Fotlani used the wrong kind of caulking.

Contractor was demanding and kept raising the price after he was at my home - not good custimer service at all and the total price ended up costing me about 40% more than we initially discussed

There were three trips to Home Deport before the right part was purchased for a broken/cracked fledge and the right length for the water line needed to install two toilets. Once the right parts was purchased the job went smoothly. The plumber arrived around 4:00 and did not finish until just before 9:00pm.
