The work was done correctly and the gentleman who did the install was very polite and calm in spite of problems that he ran into during the job. On the downside, this was the first time Fortune had ever installed this type of water heater, a fact I didn't learn until I called about a minor problem. They charged me $200 over the quote for labor alone because it took longer than planned, so I feel  I paid for their education. I recently discovered that the packing material in the back yard so now I have some cleanup work to do that I didn't expect.  See All Ratings
