  • Jim Rose is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association and maintains current licensing with the State of Michigan.
Areas of Expertise
  • We specialize in residential, demolition, pre-burn and AHERA inspections. Complete home inspections consist of a flat fee for the inspection and complete written report ($250 for most homes and small commercial buildings) plus sampling fees ($25 per item sampled).
  • We have also developed a "home testing kit" for the do-it-yourselfer willing to take samples and send them to our lab for professional analysis. It's safe and simple when you follow our step-by-step instructions.
Community Involvement
  • We encourage active involvement in local community and charitable activities.
  • We have been involved individually in missionary projects to Mexico, supporting relief efforts in third world countries .

I called to set up an appointment and check on prices and Fortress Environmental were very nice, very prompt and very reasonable. They were straight forward with the results and were very informitive on options if there were a problem. I was very impressed.
