Focus Heating & Construction, Inc. had been in business in the Santiam Valley and Salem area since 2005. We are a full service heating contractor able to take care of your service needs as well as your replacement or new construction project. We enjoy the challenges of "tough" jobs. We are a family owned and operated. Jason our founder oversees every job for a personal touch that says we care about you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service after we have installed a new system, not just until we are paid. We will not sell you anything that we won't also guarantee your total comfort with as well as the operation of the equipment. Jason was all around great. Above doing being on time, diagnosing and solving the problem he spent a great deal of time educating me about my heat pump. His pricing is fair and when he billed me he bill he charged for significantly less time then he had spent working on the unit.

Jason was very knowledgeable about his work, and has a great deal of pride in doing a job well. In addition, the quoted price was very reasonable, especially for the complexities involved in the job.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
I had origionally called Sears to look at our heat pump problem and they were not able (according to the technician) to locate the parts and that it would take a week for them to research. Even though he did not charge me I was very disappointed with the service. After I contacted Servicemagic, I was immediately contacted by Focus Heating after I described my heat pump problem. The next morning Jason (owner/repairman) was out to our home, diagnosed the problem and had all of the parts to repair our heatpump. Jason was very professional and provided Quality repair. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.
