Nice Folks, Did a god job, and charged what they quoted. I have to take away one star as there was some mix up with contact details, I had to follow up with them in order to get the situation rectified. I will say once they were on site, they did an excellent job, were respectful / professional, and fixed this problem.

Project: Repair an Alarm or Security System
Gave me two quotes - one to repair ($125), one to replace hardware ($250) if unable to repair. Tech tried to repair but unable to do so. Tech replaced hardware and got system operating as I wanted. Tech asked for $200 even though I told him the agreed "not to exceed" price was $250. Two weeks later I received a bill from Floridalarm for $430. I will pay them the additional $50 but no more.

Rectified the situation with the customer. He offered to pay the full invoice price. I took off $50 for his troubles.
