Rich Donoff who is the salesman  was superb.  This is the only company interviewed who actually brought samples of their product to my mom's home and explained the differences verses competitors.  Rich actually walked my mother down the street to show her the benefits of his firm's product verses the competitors.  I can assure you that the product quality and installation were superior to most of her neighbors.  There was a small snafu with an incorrect window ordered that was promptly fixed. Good price too.
