I was promised a turnaround of 3 days for my documents. I didn't receive them after two weeks of calling them on a daily basis. The worst company ever to deal with. They said they only had one engineer at hand. I was told he had a family issue and couldn't do the paperwork. The next time I called he was out of town at a meeting but would send it that night. The next time I called after that they told me that he was in his office but couldn't help me. If you want inexpensive and can wait around then this is your company. But be very aware! They are awful.

Thank you for you feedback. Engineering reports that involve visits to the local city's building department sometimes take longer to deliver through no fault of the firm. Some municipalities take longer to deliver the micro-films and documentation requested and needed to deliver an accurate inspection report. This report was delivered within 7 business days, and as mentioned at a very reasonable price. Please pardon the delay however sometims these matters are out of our control. Roof inspection for insurance company went off without a hitch and the report was sent within 2 working days. EXCELLENT!!!

Everyone was polite and on time. The project was completed quickly. A mistake was made on the paperwork, but was corrected.

pool was on a short sale sat for 9 months they had it up and running in 3 days always on time explained every thing as we went along , was the best pool service i ever had in 10 years

Great comment, and very much appreciated.

I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or colleagues. The employee who performed the service was professional however, he was late on arrival. The corporate offices were very unprofessional in dealing with questions regarding the results of the inspection and items that were quoted to be completed were not and I had a difficult time getting the matter resolved with managment and hired another company.

Responded to my request for a quote within a half hour of my email. This pro did complete both cerifications I neded for my homeowner's policy. It included both the Roof and Wind Mitigation Certifications.

They came out and did a fine job inspecting a wall and chimney to see if they were load bearing. The issue I had was the report they said they would send me in a couple days was not sent to me. I had to contact them weeks later about the report to get them to send it. When they finally did send it it had incorrect information, including an incorrect address for my house, and the report stated I had stucco on my home(which I don't) and a pool in the backyard(which again I don't). I had to contact them again to get this corrected as it was apparent they copy and pasted this report from another home. This was very disappointing.

An inspector evaluated the house settlement visual evidence and explained what he believed was the cause. His opinion sound good. The report came in by email 10 days later. The inspector had good suggestions on how to attack the problem.

Good communication with inspector. He was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. Recieved their report with photos in less than 5 days. Excellent service.
