Cleto Flores was very helpful. He showed me the vinyl replacement windows he could provide but since my wooden double-hung windows are still in excellent condition he showed me aluminum combination storms and screens also. No one else that I contacted gave me this information. We discussed the fact that the vinyl replacement is probably more efficient but the combination storms are adequate for my situation at a SIGNIFICANT FRACTION OF THE COST! His crew arrived when they said they would and completed the installation and cleanup in a timely fashion

Did a good job,cleaned up after each day of work. Had have them go back and do a part of the job they forgot when installing siding on house. I think they charge a bit to much for something that should have been in the estimate of the job when he first came out. still waiting for the lien waiver and written guarantee, siding.
