The called two days before the time they were scheduled to do the work to confirm and called the morning they were beginning the work to provide an update on the time they would be arriving. The handyman provided different options for completing the work and was willing to make changes on the fly to ensure that we were totally satisfied as the project progressed. They took their time to complete the work in a professional manner. They completed a difficult job to our satisfaction.
