Derek was very punctual and provided me with a lot of education on the different types of products. The installers did an awesome job.They worked non stop to get the project done. They were very neat and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Flooring repair and installation was fine except scratches on the new floor when the contractor moved the refrigerator back into the kitchen. Waiting on the supplier (Armstrong) to see it before any final judgement. Perhaps a defective batch of laminate ($3.95 per sq. ft.) ? Awaiting the trim moulding which is not the contraxctor's fault. Will possibly have the floor replaced in it's entirety unless it can be repaired. Very satisfied with the contractors repairs and prep work. Dissappointed with the flooring! Sid R

It was a pleasure working with this customer. However we only provided labor. He purchased the material from Lowe's home store. The rating does not reflect the correct score due to the material being defective.

Project went very well. Took a bit longer than told to custom make the blind/shades, but I was in no hurry. Installer was very professional was in and out in now time.

The overall experience starting with Derek's first visit was excellent. He arrived on time and prepared to show us what he had. After signing the contract he complied with all he said he would do. The gentlemen arrived ontime the day of the project and worked quickly and neatly. I would recommend this company to others.

Quick response while sale pending....no as quick after the sale. All in all, sales and installation reps are very professional and would do business with Discount Floors & Blinds again and would highly recommend them.
