Prompt and courteous. Received three quote options that were clear and concise. Finished the job within the time frame established. Best thing was that there were NO SURPRISES. This is what separates the few decent contractors from the numerous out there who add on items after the work has begun. Floors To Go did exactly what they said they would and I paid exactly what was quoted. Doesn't get any better than that.
