This was our first experience with hollow tiles and we were very pleased that ServiceMagic recommended such a great, knowledgable & professional company. Klye, the owner of Floors That Glow, and helper Ryan are hard working young men who communicate well, explain all aspects of the job, respond & arrive promptly when they say they will. I was very impressed with the work and the ethics of Floors That Glow, they were very quick in responding to my initial request for a quote and gave me a very competitive price. They showed up when they they said they would and if they had a problem they always let me know. I was very satisified with the work which was tiling a shower cubicle, floor and office floor. The owner is only a young man but I was impressed with his old fashioned attitude to work and service and I will definately use him again on my next tiling project.

The job was done very well. Floors and grout look great. New tiles were put down. However, one of the tiles they were supposed to replace (and they said it would be no problem during the estimate) was not replaced. When they came to do the job, they saw that one tile was placed partly under the cabinets in such a way as it could not be cut. They colored in the chip with some compound. The job was well done in general, and their service was indeed excellent and their communications with me was great. It was just a bit disappointing that they didn't realize that one tile was not able to be replaced.
