Well done. It started with a return phone within hours of posting the request for quotes. ( the other 2 companies never even called back) We got a fast quote where we also requested quotes on additional work such as removing all the baseboards, etc. Flooring MD was very competitively priced so we went with them. They came on time the first day and worked throughout the week. They were very responsive to feedback on intermediate issues, some of which were due to the 100 degrees heat. Used water based poly at our request (highly recommended if you plan on occupying your house during the project). Responsive. We highly recommend them!

He gave the best quote, he was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice. He never once said he could not this for what we were asking him to do. He repaired the spots that we wanted him too with no problems and he also was very professional, he worked around the other contractors at the time of the project. He came when he said he was going too and finished the job with the approval of my wife and I.

He was professional in the beginning and completed the job on time. Less than a week later you could see where he missed area's under the cabinet and counters and now it's really obvious. I am using rugs to hide some of it. I have tried to reach him several times and get no return calls.

MIke did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. We just bought a home with pine flooring throught the house - both upstairs and downstairs. The house was a foreclosure, and the flooring had suffered some water damage, resulting in issues with cupping and crowning. Mike was able to sand and finish areas that other contractors would not even touch (they wanted to replace my floors) and the floors look fantastic - just incredible. MIke therefore saved me alot of money through his expertise (and honesty). I am very pleased with MIke and his team and would hire him again.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Mike was great. He let us know if anything unexpected came up and always had options for us. We ran into a problem with timing (our fault, not Mike's) and he was very flexible with his time. He communicated the status of the project every couple of days and was all around great to work with. And the floors look fantastic!
