very accomodating and professional. Good value as well as I had 3 quotes and his was the only firm quote out of the gate. Other places tried some ridiculous tactics and never left a formal quote. He was able to accomodate install in a short time span. Love the carpet and the laminate.

FCI was very prompt and professional throughout the entire process of having our relatively small room carpeted. It didn't seem to matter that it was only 100 sqft, I was treated like it was a palatial mansion. I highly recommend Ray and his crew.

Carpeting looks great, but there were a couple of installation issues. It was pool deck carpeting, and they didn't secure the aluminum border with the screws that were there, properly. One srew was lost, the other not secured. Also, there is still a piece on the corner that isn't cemented/glued and is loose. There have been several phone calls over the past 4-5 weeks and Ray said someone would be here to correct the problem (s). I'm still waiting.

Their work was quality work. Their dedication to an agreed upon completion date was an issue with me and the manager. The took 7 more days to start, then complete the work then originally agreed upon.
