Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Excellent job. Responded to all my requests and questions and completed the job nicely -- finishing a door, trim, banister and skylight, with matched stain and poly. He will definitely be our go-to guy now for painting and handyman work.

Jim and Brian did a great job replacing a window. Jim is responsive and incredibly flexible and Brian is an excellent handyman. I plan to use them again for other projects.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
Porch post needed repair due to rotting. Jim took care of problem quickly and very satisfactorily. After seeing the reviews of Jim, I know he is involved in much bigger jobs, so it was great that he made time for a relatively minor job---a charged the right price for it! I will definitely keep Jim in mind for future work.

Owner, Jim, has an exceptionally fine work ethic. Brian, the carpenter, does awesome work. They were extremely responsiive and worked hard long hours. Really exceptional. I've already recommended them to two friends. A+++++

Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
James and Flawless are a rare combo - super hardworking, detail orientated, value for the dollar, and an extremely professional team of assistants. I could not be happier with the results of my deck (they sanded, re-sanded, stained and did trim work). Jim seemed far more interested in whether i was happy than with getting my check in his hand. In fact, I was ready to pay after his first visit but he insisted I wait until everything was dry to make sure it all looked as I expected. You can not go wrong with Flawless.

We used them for painting and door fix. I was very impressed by the way Jim didn't try to oversell like other contractors and found the right solution at right price. He and his crew were professional yet personable. They were pleasant to work with and met my requirements well. I'll definitely used them again for future projects.

Project: Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork
Jimmy was fantastic. He came right out and gave me an estimate, which stayed the same as when he was done with the brickwork! The job was done in a very timely manner, and he was very careful and clean. He was very friendly and helpful, and he did an outstanding job on my front stairs. I WILL definitely call him again when my next project comes up, and I will absolustely refer him to others. Thanks, Jimmy!!
