I spent a great deal of time researching this project/job. No one wanted to provide an estimate that separated material, labor, and extra fees (such as inspections). Everyone wanted to give me an all-inclusive total price, which always struck me as being too high. Mr. Flanick proved to be the exception. He was prompt, responsive, considerate, and professional. He listened to my concerns, responded both by telephone and email, gave me an excellent price and completed the work neatly, on schedule, and at the quoted price. In fact, I chose to pay him a little more than his quoted price. I thought he deserved it based on my other quotes!

Very quick to respond to my RFQ. Scheduled my job immediately, picked up parts that were needed at very little additional cost to me. I had four separate jobs, all were performed in a personable, professional, and expedient manner at a very resonable price. I am very pleased, and will definately hire them again for future work.

Joe arrived promptly at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem, did the work as cleanly as possible and my cost was reasonable. He thoroughly explained the situation, provided me with all the alternatives and did not pressure me into hiring him. Flanick Electric is not a big operation (by design), but, Joe is local, responsive with quality service at a fair price.
